Filling the urn

Everything you need to fill and seal the urn is included with your order. An ash bag and cable tie are provided so you can choose whether to place the ashes loose or contained. A cleaning cloth is also supplied, because the inner seating rim must be completely clean and dry before sealing. The lid presses firmly into place in a single motion and, when closed correctly, sits flush so the base is fully flat. If you would prefer not to fill the urn yourself, your crematorium or funeral director can do this, and our technicians are also able to assist if the urn ever needs to be reopened.

Personalisation

Laser engraving is available as an option for this cremation urn. A focused laser beam, guided by computer, works directly into the stainless steel surface with considerable precision. Images can be rendered in greyscale or colour, and the quality of the result depends on the resolution of the file you supply: the sharper the image, the finer the detail. This urn carries a ten-year guarantee, and if for any reason it is not right for you, there is a thirty-day return period from delivery. No pressure, no complicated process.
