Careful and Considerate Shipping
We offer you two options for shipping your order: standard shipping and insured shipping.
1. Standard shipping (FedEx UK | DHL IE)
In partnership with our parcel service, your order will be delivered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your order within 2 to 3 days. A parcel delivery driver will deliver your order to the specified address. You can choose whether it's delivered to your home or workplace. Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders of £130 / €150 or more are shipped FREE of charge. For orders below this amount, we charge £6.49 or €7.50 for shipping and packaging
The parcel driver will make two delivery attempts. If you're not at home, you'll receive a notification card in your mailbox. You can use the code on this card to track where your package will be delivered. If you miss the second delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to a service point, where you can pick it up within 7 days. After that, the package will be returned to legendURN.
2. Your order will be shipped INSURED (FedEx UK | DHL IE)
Receive your package with insurance. The package will be handed over in person at your door after the recipient signs for it. The package must not be left with neighbours. The content is fully insured against loss or damage. We charge £10.88 or €12.50 for this service

FAQ´s about our orders
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team. We’re happy to help.
I need to change my shipping or billing address
If you need to update your shipping or billing address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@legendURN.co.uk. We can modify your details as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel is on its way, changes can no longer be made. In that case, we will do our best to assist you in arranging an alternative solution with our courier partner.
