An underground urn vault provides a protected space for laying one or more cremation ash containers to rest. Designed specifically for burial in the ground, its sturdy construction can be finished with a suitable memorial stone. This creates a personal place of remembrance where family and friends can visit, reflect and remember someone who meant so much to them.

Strong, lightweight and designed to withstand ground pressure

The urn vault is made from MDPE plastic, a durable material that is impact-resistant, maintains its shape and retains its colour. Its solid construction is designed to withstand pressure from the surrounding soil. A water-resistant seal helps prevent water and sand from entering the vault, while the specially shaped base provides anchorage in the ground.

Weighing approximately 5 kg, the vault is easy to handle and can generally be positioned by one person.

Choose between a flat lid and a sloping lid

Two lid designs are available, allowing you to choose a finish that suits the memorial and the requirements of the cemetery:

• Flat lid: Provides a level surface for a suitable cover slab or memorial stone, creating a simple, understated finish.
• Sloping lid: Features an angled upper surface designed to accommodate a matching memorial stone. Four anti-slip supports help prevent the stone from shifting.

Both designs are prepared for the lid to be secured if required.
