Each urn is made by hand in the Netherlands by specialist craftspeople using high-grade materials. Because of that process, the lead time is four to six weeks from order. In practice, despatch is often earlier, but that figure is given honestly so you are not left waiting without notice. If you need a more precise current estimate, the team can advise you directly.

Filling and sealing the urn

Everything needed to fill and seal the urn is included with your order. An ash bag, a cable tie, a cleaning cloth and high-adhesion double-sided sealing tape for the lid are all provided. You can use the ash bag as a funnel before securing it inside the urn, or fill directly without the bag if you prefer. If you would rather have the crematorium or funeral director handle the filling, that is perfectly possible. Should the urn ever need to be reopened for any reason, a technician can assist with that.

Practical considerations

Grade 316 stainless steel is robust enough to hold ashes loose inside the urn, without the concerns that arise with ceramic or glass alternatives. The seal is airtight and designed to withstand significant tensile force. That said, if there is any possibility the ashes may need to be transferred to a different vessel in future, placing them in the included ash bag first gives you that flexibility. The urn is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. A ten-year guarantee is provided, and a 30-day return period applies to all memorial products if you change your mind.

Laser engraving

Personalisation is available through laser engraving, applied directly to the steel surface using a computer-guided laser. The result is precise and permanent. When ordering, you will have the option to upload your chosen image or text. The better the resolution of the file you provide, the sharper the finished result will be.
