In practice, delivery is often sooner, but the studio communicates six weeks to avoid disappointment. Personalisation is available through laser engraving, applied directly to the stainless steel surface by computer-guided laser. Filling and sealing the urn

All accessories needed to fill and seal the urn are included. An ash bag is provided, which can be used as a funnel before being tied with the included cable tie and placed inside the urn. If you prefer to place the ashes directly into the urn without a bag, that is equally straightforward. A cleaning cloth is included to ensure the sealing rim is free of dust or moisture before the lid is pressed firmly into place. The seal is airtight and resistant to high tensile force. The urn can also be filled by the crematorium or funeral director if you prefer not to do it yourself, and should the urn ever need to be reopened at a later date, the studio's technicians can do that for you.

Practical considerations

Grade 316 stainless steel is chosen specifically for its corrosion resistance, making it one of the most durable materials available for a cremation urn used outdoors. Unlike ceramic or natural stone, it is not porous, so moisture cannot penetrate the structure and the ashes remain fully protected. The urn carries a ten-year guarantee. If, after delivery, you feel it is not right for any reason, there is a 30-day return period on all memorial items. If you have a particular design in mind that differs from this model, bespoke commissions are possible: send a sketch, photograph or description and the studio will provide a quotation.
