Once the urn has been fired, the painted inscription cannot be changed or removed. For this reason, urns with hand-painted personalisation cannot be returned. Take the time to check the spelling of names and the accuracy of any dates before you confirm your order. If something does not look right, it is far easier to correct it now than to regret it later.
