Our engraver will first check whether your text fits on the selected piece of jewellery. If it does not, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative.
Because each piece is custom engraved, the delivery time will be extended by approximately 4 weeks after approval of the design.

How to make your memorial jewellery unique - engraving in three simple steps
If you wish to make your memorial jewellery even more personal, you can choose to have it engraved. For instance, with a name, date, or short message. Since each engraving is custom-made, an additional production time of around 4 weeks applies after your final approval of the design.
Here’s how the process works:
- Receive the layout
A few days after placing your order, you will receive a digital layout proposal by email. Our engraver will check whether your text fits the chosen jewellery piece. If not, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative. - Review and adjustments
You review the layout and can request any changes. We will process these and, if needed, send you an updated proposal. - Final approval and production
After your final approval, the jewellery will be sent to the engraving studio. From this point, the additional production time is approximately 4 weeks.
