Close to you, every day
Some things don't need to be explained to anyone. This cremation ash bracelet holds a small amount of ashes in a clean rectangular form, worn at the wrist, present in its own quiet way.
Material and construction
The bracelet is made from 316-grade stainless steel, the same grade used in surgical and medical implants. It resists sweat, water and daily contact without discolouring or corroding. The rectangular section is solid steel with a small discreet screw set into the underside, which seals the chamber. Because the bracelet has a slight flexibility, you can adjust it to fit your wrist without tools.
Filling and sealing
Unscrewing the small fastener on the underside gives access to the chamber. Full guidance on filling and sealing ash jewellery is included in our care instructions. If you would prefer not to fill the bracelet yourself, a crematorium or funeral director can do this for you, though a charge may apply. Once filled, we recommend securing the screw with a drop of super glue or lock bond adhesive, such as Bison, to ensure it stays firmly in place.
What the design carries
The rectangular form is a considered choice. Straight edges and a closed profile suggest containment, something kept safe. The ashes you carry are a tangible link to the bond you shared, not a symbol standing in for something, but a real and physical connection you are choosing to keep close.
Wearing it on your own terms
316 stainless steel reads as a standard steel bracelet. It draws no particular attention, and it asks for no explanation. You decide if, when and with whom you share what it holds. That privacy is part of why people are drawn to this piece as a cremation urn for ashes worn on the body rather than kept in a room.
Practical reassurance
316-grade stainless steel does not rust, tarnish or discolour through contact with water, soap or perspiration. This is a bracelet made for everyday wear. The screw is small but solid, and once sealed with the recommended adhesive, the contents are fully secure. There is no special storage needed. You simply wear it.
If filling feels like a difficult step
Placing ashes into a piece of jewellery can feel significant, and it is. You do not have to do it alone. A crematorium or funeral director can handle this carefully on your behalf, and there is no rush. Take the time you need before deciding how and when you are ready to wear this urn for ashes.
If you would like to talk through the options or have questions about filling and sealing, we are happy to help at whatever pace suits you.
