The bracelet is available in several lengths, so you can choose how it sits on your wrist. The most reliable way to measure is at the knuckle. Once you have that measurement, add the following depending on your preferred fit:

• Snug fit: wrist circumference at the knuckle plus 1.5 cm
• Comfort fit: wrist circumference at the knuckle plus 2 cm
• Loose fit: wrist circumference at the knuckle plus 3 cm
